A tricky topic as we all have different opinion about the telecom companies. It’s more of one man’s meat is another man’s poison. Focusing on India and currently being the highly populated country in the world. Each citizen might have different response about telecom companies in the country.
Actually the country has 13 or more telecom service providers. Some big and other upcoming and companies with different services. The competition is high thus giving a great reduction on different services. Through the legal telecommunication service body all companies work independently but supervised by TRAI. Companies should have a help desk and toll free number for users.
Nonetheless, users get different experiences from the support team. Some satisfied others feel disgusted and even move to new networks. Giving a list of some of the known companies like:
- Reliance Jio
- Airtel Bharti
- Tata indicom
- Virgin mobile
Above are Indians telecom service companies, who in one way have support desk. Note client service is the key priority. The worst thing is when the term leaves in waiting on the phone and suddenly switches off. The annoying tunes and advertisement as you hold. Reports from different clients suggest that one can wait for half or full hour with no hope of help team.
Streaming cases involve lost money form service providers. Users complain of paying on service they communicate to the support group. If not attended to the TRAI body gives protocol on which users can follow giving permission of higher authority like law courts.
The TRAI a telecommunication body in India took up a survey to determine which company offers the best customer care. They called up few users from different networks therefore judging from the results. notably none of the companies met the levels set by the TRAI body which was 50% of the results.
Here we have response as follows:
- Airtel VS Reliance Jio in Delhi: the company received the highest points of customer satisfaction in LSA while Reliance Jio had the lowest points. Airtel also gaining points and meeting the TRAI levels of call drops and post-paid billings details. They are said to have the best customer services and signals.
Note this was survey done in Delhi and users loved Airtel compared to Reliance Jio. This happens to have different feeling from other subscribers who take Jio as their best company.
- Reliance Jio VS Airtel in Karnataka
Reliance Jio taking the highest and up hand in Karnataka, they feel Jio offers high speed and betters call and generally better services than Airtel. This being contrary from what Delhi seem of Reliance.
- Reliance VS MTNL in Delhi
Again Reliance wins in Delhi over MTNL where clients think MTNL has poor call drop and low services.
- Reliance, Vodafone, Airtel and BSNL in MP:
Reliance company doesn’t satisfy the MP citizens while other rank high on services.
In conclusion the telecom services have different users. considering the high number of people in the country. Every service provider has large number which like and loves its service more than the other.
